3. Payments

All prices are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the invoice or agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or delayed payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, marketing content, and materials created by AnnaGlobalAstar remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third-party resources or tools) will be transferred to the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information, content, and approvals on time.
Ensure they have the rights to all materials supplied to us (images, text, logos, etc.).
Comply with applicable laws regarding digital marketing and online activity.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your business data and maintain confidentiality at all times. Any sensitive information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of project execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays, loss of data, or service interruptions.
Client misuse or third-party modifications to our work.
Performance issues related to third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.).

8. Revisions and Scope

All services include revisions as defined in the project proposal. Additional requests or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
