Refund & Cancellation Policy

AnnaGlobalAstar (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides website design, development, mobile app development, SEO, PPC, eCommerce development & business consulting services. We believe in fairness and transparency. This Refund Policy explains when refunds can or cannot be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following conditions:

• Payment made but project not initiated → **Eligible for 100% refund**
• Project delay from company side without valid reason
• Scope of work not delivered as per confirmed proposal/contract
• Duplicate/accidental payments → **Full refund after verification**

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Work already started or resources allocated
• Client-side delay or lack of response/materials
• Service cancelled due to client non-cooperation
• SEO, PPC, Digital Marketing result-based work — **No guaranteed results, hence non-refundable**
• Approved designs, wireframes or development modules
• Third-party expenses (domains, hosting, plugins, ads spend, API tools etc.)

Include — Name, Project ID, Payment Proof, Refund Reason. Refund review time: **7–10 working days**.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed back to the **original payment source**, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Bank gateway timelines apply.

6. Policy Updates

AnnaGlobalAstar reserves full right to update/modify this policy without prior notice. Latest version will always be available on this page.
